Setting Up Forms on Your Website

Website forms make it easy for people to contact you, request info, or send in quotes. But for a form to work well, we need a few things from you first.

What We Need to Know

  • Where should the form submissions go? Provide one or more email addresses to receive form results.
  • What fields do you want? Common ones include Name, Email, Phone, and Message. You can also add dropdowns, checkboxes, or file uploads.
  • Which fields are required? Let us know which ones users must fill out before submitting.
  • What should happen after someone submits? Options include a thank-you message or redirecting to a confirmation page.

Don’t Forget Spam Protection

Spam bots constantly try to abuse web forms, so we include tools like reCAPTCHA or honeypot fields to stop junk submissions. Without protection, your inbox could flood with garbage almost immediately.

If you’ve had problems with spam in the past, let us know and we’ll take extra steps to filter it out.

Want to Go Further?

Forms can also trigger automations, save to a database, or connect to services like Mailchimp or CRMs. Just let us know what you’re trying to accomplish—we can help set it up.
